Community Imprints will be publishing social resources for people facing change or crisis. Community Imprints is going to start its life with a focus on pregnancy and the expectant parent community. It will also be offering resources for those who are parenting drug users.

Pregnancy Community – Women are as different and varied when they are pregnant as they are when they’re not expecting. And yet, many pregnancy websites and pregnancy resources treat them as though they are all the same – just another group of consumers who have standard tastes and needs. Community Imprints will be publishing, selling and giving away resources that will appeal to the alternative pregnant woman who carries her counter-culture and her spiritual awareness into her pregnancy experience. Community Imprints believes there is a pregnancy community that will enjoy the rich and joyful pregnancy resources that it will be launching in early 2009.

Parenting Drug Users Community – Parents of drug users often struggle to find resources to support them in the particular challenges and difficulties they face. Community Imprints is committed to publishing, selling and giving away resources for this community and will be launching Returning Home in late 2009. Returning Home is a guided journal designed to help parents sort through the issues involved in offering their child another chance to live at home.
